WHO ARE WE?

About Durstone Joinery

Durstone Joinery was started because Bill and Mariusz wanted to build a one stop shop for custom, handmade woodwork, rather than the usual process of having to design it yourself, get a joiner to make it and a carpenter to fit it.

They have made everything from custom guitars to wooden cladding whole houses, sliding barn doors to full shop fit outs, always custom, always handmade, hand designed and personally fitted.

Word of mouth has been the key to Durstone Joinery’s success, their reputation for quality craftsmanship and reliable and timely work is renowned. They work directly with clients but also with carpenters and builders to produce the one off item their client is looking for, and will never leave a job until it is finished perfectly.

The Process at Durstone Joinery

Initial Conversation

Contact us with your requirements or provide drawings/measurements for an estimate. Our team will discuss details and schedule a convenient visit.

Visit & Discussion

During the visit, we'll measure, discuss design, desired function, your requirements, recommendations, and options.

Estimate & Drawings

Once we have all of this information, we will produce an estimate. Items such as Timber Frame and Cabinetry we are able to produce 3D Models to help you visualise your final product.

The Build

Once everything has been confirmed we begin crafting your products. Everything is done in house in our workshop and finished in our spray booth.

Ironmongery

During this stage, the final touches are added to your joinery. We have a wide range of hardware available in a variety of colours, styles and finishes.

Delivery & Fitting

Following quality checks before leaving our workshop we will load it securely to safely deliver and install.
